Biographie: Passion for bike and motorbike is driving me during my daily activities in developing new products and digital services. Currently R&D Helmets Director in Dainese, I deal with the development of new products by managing all phases from design to production start-up, organizing all research and development activities, building a solid expertise in managing strategic projects with international teams, in particular from China and Vietnam. Field tests, presentations to the sales force and marketing support, have allowed me to achieve a complete overview of the entire product life cycle. The previous experience for DAB Pumps, an highly structured company in the electromechanical sector, allowed me to get a good experience both from a technical/design and managerial/commercial point of view. In particular, I have reorganized my team, I have analyzed and improved some processes, I have managed product development projects as well as being actively involved in the company’s R&D management. Furthermore, since 2020 I have been the operational manager and founder of Bikeen.eu, a platform to buy and sell second hand bicycles.
